These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Carflixer’s website, applications, and related services (the “Services”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (and not younger than 13) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have authority to enter into these Terms.
Carflixer provides an online community for automotive enthusiasts, including profiles, media sharing, messaging, events, garage and build content, and related features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may refuse registration or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.
You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”). You grant Carflixer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute User Content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy. This license ends when you delete your content or account, except where copies are retained as required by law or for legitimate backup or dispute resolution.

The Services, including branding, design, and software, are owned by Carflixer or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for your User Content or as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the Services without our prior written consent.
The Services may integrate with third parties (for example, sign-in providers, maps, or media hosts). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF ERRORS OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Carflixer AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (IF NO FEES APPLIED). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Carflixer and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or for other legitimate reasons with or without notice where permitted by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Carflixer operates its primary business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that courts in that jurisdiction have personal jurisdiction and venue for disputes arising from these Terms or the Services, unless a mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example, via the Services or email). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
